Order processing guidelines:

Passport copies for every party coming to Chkalov Airbase must be received 30 days prior to actual flight.
30% deposit required in 5 business days after the order placement (submission of this form).
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to leaving for Russia.
Airfare is not included in our Zero-Gravity package.
Flight date is subject to change due to a weather condition, acts of God and circumstances we can not control.
Deposit if refundable (less 8% processing fee) no less than 35 days prior to the actual flight date. Less than 35 days prior to the actual flight date only the unused portion of the deposit could be refunded.
No refunds issued 22 days prior to the actual flight date!
